日米トヨタでご活躍の方からお話を伺いました！
とても貴重なお話を伺うことができました！
８月２０日に、第2回パネルディスカッションを開催しました！
今回は、トヨタでご活躍中の2名（日本勤務1名・アメリカ勤務1名）をお招きしてワークライフバランスについてのお話をお伺いすることができました。
学生にとって、実際に社会でご活躍されている方のお話は大変興味深く、沢山の刺激を受けました。
仕事と私生活の両立の仕方や勤務先でのワークライフバランスを実現させるための制度といった話だけではなく、仕事を探す際に大切にしている判断基準や大学時代にしておくべきと感じたこと等、これから社会人になるにあたって大変勉強になるお話も伺うことができました。

On August 20, we held the second panel discussion! This time, we invited two panelists who are working for Toyota (one in Japan and one in the U.S.) to talk about work-life balance.
For the students, it was very interesting and inspiring to hear from panelists who are actually working in society.
We talked not only about how to balance work and private life and the systems to achieve work-life balance at their workplace but also about what criteria they consider important when looking for a job and what they felt they should have done during their university years.
It will be very instructive for us as we enter the workforce.
